Josh Cumbee, a rising singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, California, recently travelled all the way to Italy to shoot the music video for his debut single “Sunny Days” alongside popular Dutch DJ and producer Armin van Buuren. Having just been released last week, the video has already surpassed one-million views on YouTube, and those numbers continue to grow.
Joining Cubmee and Buuren on location in Assisi, Italy was Ali Ghahary, a physician from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Ghahary provided pre-video preparation and personal training for Mr. Cumbee, including making him do push-ups right before filming!

Dr. Ali Ghahary has always been an avid promoter of exercise and healthy living, recommending that patients stay physically fit – not just for weight management or weight loss, but for mental health as well. Studies have shown exercise to have a significant impact on mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, and is a great way to relieve stress. In addition, regular, low-impact exercise can also have other added health benefits such as decreasing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and even certain types of cancer.
